About Borgens
Our business focuses primarily on the production of canned mushrooms and fresh soups.
We use both wild and cultivated mushrooms from Sweden and abroad. The mushrooms are washed and cleaned by hand before they are canned. Then they are sterilized in an autoclave so that they become non-perishable.
The fresh soups are prepared in a separate part of our production facility. They are packaged in individual portions in a so-called protective atmosphere in order to improve their shelf life.
We also assist other food businesses with refinement, processing and production.
Our customers are active in the industrial sector, as well as in institutional kitchens and supermarkets.
Borgens Konserver AB is a family business with 10 employees.
